Arrest of Golos Co-Chairman and Espionage Allegations Highlight Tensions Between Russia and US

The co-chairman of the respected Russian election observation organization Golos, Grigory Melkonyants, was arrested yesterday. This was announced by his lawyer, as reported by Russian state media.
