Venoge Festival: The Prodigy replaced by the Young Gods
The mythical group from Friborg is added at the last minute to the line-up for Wednesday August 16 at the Vaudois open air following the withdrawal of the British.

A small miracle at the Venoge Festival: the event managed to find a replacement for The Prodigy at the last minute by programming The Young Gods on its opening night, which takes place today Wednesday August 16th.
Monday only, the headliner The Prodigy announced to suspend its tour for back problems of the singer Maxim Reality, and in fact, its coming to the open air of Gros-de-Vaud. The organizers had to urgently look for an artist to complete the program for the first evening.
On the second stage
On Tuesday followingnoon, the Venoge Festival revealed that it had succeeded in its mission. The Swiss group The Young Gods is added to the line-up. But not in place of The Prodigy, since the Friborg sound wizards will close the evening at 9.45 p.m. on the Riverstage, the second stage of the festival. They will play classics of the group and unreleased titles during a visual show with video mapping.
The program has been redesigned. Thus, the brilliant Carpenter Brut will perform last on the main stage, La Licorne, at 11 p.m. The Inspector Cluzo, Tagada Jones or even Dropkick Murphy’s will also be there on Wednesday.
The Venoge Festival takes place from August 16 to 19, 2023 in Penthaz (VD).
