Lahore: The Pakistan Cricket Board has sent a show-cause notice to Pakistani players who are playing cricket in the US without permission. The notice was sent to the players who did not get the NOC certificate from the Cricket Board.

The Pakistan Cricket Board took action following Test star Fawad Alam started playing cricket in the US. Currently, many top players are playing in the US without permission.

Sohaib Maqsood, Arshad Iqbal, Hussain Talat, Ali Shafiq, Imad Butt, Usman Shanwari, Umaid Asif, Zeeshan Ashraf, Saif Bader, Mukhtar Ahmed and Nauman Anwar are now playing in America. None of them have purchased NOC certificate.

All the players who have not received the NOC certificate will have to pay a huge fine to the Pakistan Cricket Board. As the opportunities in international competitions decreased, the Pakistani players moved to the US. After receiving a handful of money and a better life, the stars settled in the US with their families.
