Continuation of my series of inspirations “good ideas / good practices” in the extension of my books on IMAGE-PRICE, THINKING-CLIENT and PREFERENCE (available here).

The offer is the first lever to cultivate the preference of its customers. Because, whatever some people sometimes think of it (by first emphasizing aesthetics), it is good to meet the needs that customers frequent in stores. In food, it is even indisputable!

Example today at Leclerc Dole who has chosen to “play” the meat by declining the ribs of beef by breed. A way both to position the butcher’s shop at a higher level of expertise than competitors and to make the customer “navigate” through the offer. In short, to create a reason to come.
