About two years ago, Generation Z started a pants revolution. Some will still remember it. It started with videos on a social media platform. Back then, the boys started making fun of drainpipe pants on Tiktok. The jokes, of course, came at the millennials’ expense. Because they were stuck in their skinny pants back then. Subtext of Tiktok posts tagged with hashtags like #noskinnyjeans: Do you seriously think skinny will bring you eternal youth? Gen Z, they were right. Even then, the skinny trousers not only constricted, they had also created a lot of dust following a good 15 years.
