2023-07-13 07:00:00

After being banned in schools in North America and Europe, Prime has now been declared illegal for sale across Canada.

The Canadian agency “Health Canada” has taken the decision to remove Logan Paul’s drink from supermarket shelves because of its caffeine content which exceeds the authorized limit in Canada.

Prime Energy Drink contains 200 mg of caffeine and Health Canada only allows 180 mg. A reminder to all merchants has been made and the product must be removed.

An announcement that occurs at the same time when in the United States the same process was possibly initiated. The US Food and Frud Administration has opened an investigation into the health risks that the Prime drink might cause. An investigation that might lead to the same result as in Canada or force Prime to change its caffeine content in its cans.

By comparison, a can of Coca-Cola contains 34 mg of caffeine, six times less than the amount in a can of Prime Energy. A can of Red Bull contains 80 mg. It is important to note that this news does not affect the drink “Prime Hydration”

There should be no issue regarding his WWE contract in relation to this incident. We will surely know more soon.
