What the young scouts learn here is very important: a lot is regarding living democracy, international encounters, voluntary work, peace and nature conservation. I’m really impressed with what the Boy Scouts have accomplished here.”
Also thank the scouts Secretary of State for Youth Claudia Plakolm for their warm and interested visit on Friday at Scout Camp Austria. She also works closely with the youth organization and supports the international World Jamboree.

This shown appreciation encourages us that our work for children and young people can achieve great things for society. As scouts in Austria, we are politically independent.
