ABU DHABI, 12th August, 2020 (WAM) — The Abu Dhabi Police Youth Council participated in the “Youth for a Sustainable Future” forum at the Wahat Al Karama Council in Abu Dhabi, coinciding with the International Youth Day, which falls on August 12 annually, and within the framework of the UAE’s declaration of 2023 as the year of sustainability under the slogan ” Today for tomorrow” and with the participation of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security, the Ministry of Justice, the Communications Regulatory Authority and the Digital Government.

Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Ali Muhammad Al-Masabi, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Police Youth Council, confirmed that the adoption of the forum as part of the official agenda for the activities of the International Youth Day in the United Arab Emirates for the year 2023, demonstrates the extent of the Abu Dhabi Police General Command’s interest in strengthening the local participation of its youth council and highlighting the importance of sustainability in various fields and the role of Young people in developing solutions to challenges in this field.
