When purchasing the new devices, consumers in Latin America will be entitled to the free Select+ service, which guarantees exclusive support and services on premium smartphones and tablets
Along with the announcement of the new foldable smartphones Galaxy Z Fold5 and Galaxy Z Flip5, and the tablets of the Galaxy Tab S9 line, Samsung is launching an exclusive benefit for consumers in the region throughout Latin America1: Select+. The assistance program aims to guarantee additional support to users of premium products, through a differentiated service experience.
Benefits include streamlined access to dedicated support channels and replacement of protective films. In addition, the program guarantees optimized service at Samsung Service Centers, and even home delivery of the product following completing the repair service, available in the main capitals of Brazil.
“The idea is to offer exclusivity to consumers who purchase top-of-the-line products, such as the new foldables and tablets, announced worldwide on July 26th, in Seoul, South Korea. Thus, we propose any support they may need in an agile way and optimized”, points out Luiz Xavier, Senior Director of Customer Service at Samsung Brazil.
Another Select+ differential is access to exclusive content, shared in the Samsung Members Community, which features explanatory videos and tutorials, as well as answers to frequently asked questions and step-by-step instructions for different functions of Samsung’s newest premium smartphones.
