On August 31st at 8 p.m. the duet “Desustu” will enchant the audience with the program “Sweet Dreams” in the Scaena Pavilion in Gamlitz.
“Scaena – Stage of Southern Styria” in Gamlitz is once more offering a special event in the Scaena Pavilion: the duo “Desustu” brings a series of fantastically beautiful pieces to the stage. The sounds of piano and accordion harmonize wonderfully with each other and let the audience hear an extraordinary musical performance. Thaïs-Bernarda Bauer and Alexander Christof are a true rarity in a duet and bring different pieces to the stage. The audience is offered a musical performance that is exceptional, original and well worth seeing. How does a Eurythmics hit sound in baroque style? Wasn’t jazz always the true passion of Johann Sebastian Bach? And does Michael Jackson find his place next to Astor Piazzolla? The two ask themselves these questions and try to give a musical answer. The focus is on trying to build a bridge between the different styles of music, and in addition to arrangements of popular classics, you will also hear your own compositions. Desustu takes his audience into a world of rousing sounds and harmonies – interpreted in a charming, honest and funny way.
