Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra: Samsung shows tablet working with S Pen embedded in water

A water resistance provided by the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra’s IP68 certification has been put to the test. This time, Samsung itself was in charge of doing the test by submerging the device in a tank of water and took the opportunity to show that the S Pen continues to function in the device even under these conditions.

This scenario was displayed by the manufacturer on its official blog and highlighted along with other features of the new advanced tablet from the South Korean manufacturer. In this sense, the device is shown being submerged in a tank of water, but it does not stop displaying the media and continues to function normally.

But the brand was not content to display just that and took the opportunity to show how the model behaves with the S Pen while underwater. So he continued to interpret the gestures made with the pen and read the movements as the person drew a picture.

As described by the company, the Tab S9 Ultra can be used with an S Pen without any problems. In addition, the brand promises that there is no lag on the screen and not even delay in operations with the smart pen. Therefore, it can be said that the model’s resistance under these conditions has been tested and approved, at least for now.

Other attributes were highlighted, such as the other works with S Pen, as well as the multitasking features of the tablet and its performance in games. In its data sheet, it has the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy platform, in addition to versions with 12GB and 16GB of RAM and internal storage of 256GB, 512GB and 1TB.
