In 2019, a woman named Daniela Walls owned a walled house. So Daniela owned the inside 12 inches of the wall and Alan owned the outside 12 inches.
In 2020, the dispute arose when Daniela felt a leak inside her house. The leak was caused by damage to the part of the wall that Allen owned. Daniela’s insurance company confirmed this.
