The General Directorate of Civil Defense in Dubai held a meeting with a number of strategic partners to discuss the development of services provided by addressing 3 main axes: «Fire and rescue, hazardous materials and company approval», in the presence of Major General Rashid Khalifa Al Falasi, Assistant Director General for Protection and Safety Affairs in Dubai Civil Defense.
Afaf Jassim Al Muhairi, Director of the Strategy and Future Department of the Dubai Civil Defense, confirmed that the meeting with the partners aimed to provide the best services and implement the 360 standards and policy for Dubai government services. Focus was placed on innovation leaders and organizational units concerned with customer happiness for more than 25 governmental and private agencies to provide proactive and integrated services that guarantee a happy journey for the customer, according to international best practices, through advanced smart programs.

Al Muhairi confirmed that the Dubai Civil Defense is keen to hold many meetings on an ongoing basis, believing in the importance of integration and continuous coordination between the relevant authorities to achieve the highest levels of security and safety in Dubai.
