The Royal Meteorological Institute (IRM) has warned of heavy rainfall until early followingnoon, organizers recall. “All scenarios have been studied in order to allow the festival to be completed while guaranteeing the safety of festival-goers, teams and volunteers”, according to the spokesperson.
Staggering the opening of the site is necessary to allow a “meticulous verification” of the installations and structures following the damage caused by the rain in the night from Saturday to Sunday.
The first concerts were originally scheduled to take place at 1 p.m. Sunday.
