“What guides us are the water production curves. The situation is not catastrophic but we see that there are these downward curves. It is not because it has rained a lot that production has increased or stabilized. On the contrary, the indicators that we have go in the other direction. The rains of the last few weeks have run off and have not really raised the level of the water tables. We announce the return of heat from August 10-15, without knowing how September and October will be. It is therefore a way of anticipating”, specifies the alderman who also mentions the water leaks on the network. “We are at 40% of leaks on a global production. We have 160 km of pipes to replace. It’s a big job that we’re going to start soon,” he concludes.
