Al-Marsad Newspaper: Family physician Dr. Saud Al-Shehri revealed what is meant by cumulative sugar, and the best diet to reduce it.
Al-Shehri said in a video clip that he posted on his Twitter account: “The cumulative sugar can be controlled by stopping eating white sugar, reducing the intake of carbohydrates and replacing them with healthy alternatives such as green tea and cinnamon, eating fiber before any meal, eating vegetables and chia seeds, and using olive oil instead.” Hydrogenated oils, walking, avoiding stress, and healthy sleep.
