Two teenagers allegedly caused chaos by throwing a large fish from the roof of the upscale Bilboquet restaurant in Sag Harbor, New York, directly at diners in the middle of a meal.
“A 20-pound striped bass was thrown from the roof of the Bilboquet by two teenagers and landed on a table, sending glasses and plates flying,” an inside source reported Friday in the Page Six section of the New York Post.
Following the incident, an ambulance and police were called to the scene while a woman cut herself in the ruckus, he said.
The local police have not yet caught the two spoilsports, even if they have confirmed the incident to the American media.
This would be the second incident in this upscale restaurant, frequented by several celebrities such as Jeff Bezos, CEO of Amazon, or designer Donna Karan, behind the company DKNY, according to Page Six.
A few weeks earlier, two sixties who dined in the establishment would have come to fists, before being released by security, according to the American media.
“There was a bleeding nose. The wife of one of the guys threw a glass which broke,” a source, also anonymous, reported at the time.
