Another horrific massacre has occurred in the city center.
This followingnoon, at a department store in Seohyeon Station, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, a man in his 20s indiscriminately wielded a weapon.
Right before the riot, the man jumped into a vehicle on the sidewalk in front of a department store and hit passers-by.
Fourteen people have been identified as injured in this series of crimes so far, of which 12 are in serious condition.
The man was arrested at the scene.

″Everyone is too busy running away. Managers told everyone to go, so some went by subway and some went outside.”
At around 5:59 pm today, a man in his 20s brandished a weapon at the AK Department Store in Seohyeon Station, Bundang, Gyeonggi-do.
Nine people were injured with weapons in 6 minutes until they were caught by the police who were dispatched following causing a disturbance on the 1st and 2nd floors.
Just three minutes before breaking into the department store, the man rushed to the sidewalk in front of the door in a vehicle.
Five pedestrians suffered minor and minor injuries and were taken to the hospital.
In just 10 minutes, he threatened the lives of 14 innocent citizens by continuing a terrible crime using a vehicle and a weapon.
Immediately following the incident, there were eyewitness reports of “several culprits” around the scene, but the police revealed that the arrested suspect was a 24-year-old man working in a delivery business.
The police added that the suspect is currently complaining of symptoms of paranoia, etc., and plans to check his mental history and drug use.
