Dubai – Mubasher: Ajman Bank’s profits increased by 36.6 percent at the end of the first half of this year, compared to quarters of the same period last year.
The bank stated in a statement that it recorded a net profit of 102.3 million dirhams during the first half of 2023, compared to 74.9 million dirhams in the first half of 2022.
Operating revenues rose to 729.04 million dirhams in the first half of 2023, compared to 388.4 million dirhams in the first half of last year.
The bank’s profits increased during the second quarter of 2023 by 30 percent, to reach 53.2 million dirhams, compared to 41 million dirhams in the first half of 2022.
The bank’s profits at the end of the first quarter of this year amounted to regarding 49.2 million dirhams, compared to profits of 33.9 million dirhams achieved during the same period in 2022, a growth of 45 percent.
The bank’s profits increased by the end of 2022 to reach 162.1 million dirhams, compared to profits of 116.2 million dirhams achieved by the end of 2021, a growth of 40 percent.
