In one of the answers to “anabizi”, the user “marinus ⁷” (@jmonpiphany) said that he called Nubank asking for clarification. According to its report, fintech said that “the chargeback will not be charged in the next invoices, as purchases were canceled due to the instability of the 24th”.

According to uolNubank said in a note the following:
An instability in the processing of some purchases led to the undue automatic reversal of these transactions. Nubank is working to reinstate purchases in due invoices. There is no need for any measure by the customers.
