According to the WHO, Poor indoor air quality is responsible for 6.7 million premature deaths worldwide. A recent Australian study in partnership with Ambius, one of the world leaders in green walls, proves that a mixture of indoor plants composed of pothos doré (Scindapsus aureus), bridle (Syngonium podophyllum) and spider plant (Chlorophytum comosum) proves to be formidable for purifying the polluted air of our interiors and eliminating in a few hours the vapors of toxic essences, including benzene, classified as carcinogenic.

And the results seem quite spectacular, since in eight hours and in a sealed room, the plants succeeded in eliminating 97.9% of alkanes, 88.18% of cyclopentanes and 85.96% of benzene derivatives, results which , according to Frazer Torpy, a researcher at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and author of the study, exceed expectations. We regret that the said study can only be consulted on the Ambius site and is seen as a publicity campaign.
