The job search service hh.ru named the salaries of beach lifeguards in the Krasnodar Territory.
From May of this year to the present, regarding 300 vacancies have been opened in the Kuban for rescue sailors, beach-boys and instructors with a water rescue function. Only 6% of offers offered job seekers a salary of 75,000 to 90,000 rubles. In 65% of vacancies, it was regarding amounts from 30 to 45 thousand rubles, and every fourth offer promised income from 45 to 60 thousand rubles.
At the same time, the average salary range for rescue sailors in the Krasnodar Territory, according to the People in Numbers service, is 40,230 – 80,460 rubles.
Employers require a diploma of secondary vocational education from every tenth rescuer, 7% of vacancies indicated the requirement for higher education – as a rule, they dealt with the advanced functions of a specialist: he must not only monitor the safety of guests, but also conduct sports training for them.
Employers approach the experience of potential rescuers differently: only 5% of vacancies require experience from three to six years, 50% require experience from one to three years, and the remaining 45% of offers are ready to accept no experience at all and train for place.
Requirements for admission to rescue work and the presence of a rescue sailor certificate are indicated in more than 70% of vacancies. Employers often indicate the need for a certificate of completion of first aid courses.
Most job offers as a rescue sailor are in Sochi, the top 5 also includes Anapa, Novorossiysk, Gelendzhik and Tuapse, according to a hh.ru study.
