Sebastian Enrique Marcette Cabrera (32 years old) is wanted on charges of drug smuggling in his hometown of Uruguay, in addition to Paraguay, Brazil, the United States and the International Police (Interpol), and he had fled outside the country and moved between several countries to avoid arrest.

The Bolivian authorities suggest that Marcette Cabrera is located in the vast Santa Cruz region bordering Brazil and Paraguay in southeastern Bolivia.
Del Castillo pledged that he would succeed “in the coming hours in arresting Mr. Sebastian Enrique Marcette Cabrera,” noting that his Peruvian wife and three of his children were accompanying him.
