The user had all the documentation on hand and recommended bringing all the necessary papers to the interview to justify what was said. Finally, they asked her why she, despite being a lawyer, does not practice her career. She explained that she doesn’t do it because her company generates more income for her. Despite all of the above, the visa was denied.
“And they denied me. ‘Right now you are not suitable to be welcomed to the United States of America,’ ”the Colombian recalled, later revealing that with the money from the failed trip to the North American country, she now plans to go to Europe.
The young woman’s story went viral with more than a million and a half views and generated all kinds of reactions. Some users considered that the Colombian should not have said that there were migrants in her family, while others mentioned that she was denied a visa for having her own business.
