According to the data submitted by the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education to the People’s Power Congressman Jeong Kyung-hee’s office, Mr. A applied for counseling to the school 10 times from May of last year to July of this year.
Mr. A asked for a consultation on the so-called ‘pencil incident’ and said to the effect that “the parents called me several times with an individual number, so I was surprised and horrified.”
