Like “modern acrobats”, the members of Osvaldo Carné crisscross the roads of Brittany according to the concerts.
For the fourth consecutive year, the music group will travel with its bicycles and several hundred kilos of cargo. As part of the tour carried out during the summer of 2023, several dates are planned in Morbihan.
Le trio devient un quatuor
For this new summer on the roads of Brittany, the trio has become a quartet. Léandro Lacaper and Mathieu Gautron not having wished to return to their bikes, Sébastian Missaglia left with new adventure companions, namely the singer and percussionist Carla Saxer, Pablo Murgier, the pianist, and Marco Carolo, violinist and guitarist. “We have made the group evolve”, announces Sébastian Missaglia.
With its experience, the group realized that embarking an upright piano on this adventure was not necessarily a good idea. “We didn’t take it back. But now we have a guitar and a violin,” says Sébastian Missaglia.
A solar sound system
If the composition of groupe has changed, the desire to be as ecological as possible persists. “In the field of culture, it is travel that generates the most pollution,” explained Léandro Lacaper last summer.
In order to save energy, while gaining autonomy, Sébastien Missaglia and his friends hit the road with solar sound system. “It gives us the opportunity to play everywhere,” he says.
We continue to look for solutions to gain autonomy. The solar enclosures that we use are the result of several years of research.

And, the project carried by the mini troop seems to seduce the municipalities, but not only. “Cyclists and friends don’t hesitate to take a bit of a ride with us”, can only observe the man who is currently experiencing his fourth round on the roads of Brittany.

350 km and 500 kg load
For this new summer tour, the group Osvaldo Carné left Rennes on Sunday July 23, 2023 following two concerts in the city-prefecture of Ille-et-Vilaine. After a stage near the Brocéliande forest on Monday July 24, the quartet will criss-cross Morbihan via the interior. And this, until the last date scheduled in Gâvres on Saturday August 5, 2023.
During this journey of regarding 350 km with 500 kilos of cargo, the group made up of professional musicians expects to meet some great people. But, adventures might disrupt the journey.
“Every day or almost, we experience adventures. You never know what to expect,” explained the trio last year. In case of problems, the group of friends can count on Adrien Moustache, the mechanic of the Véloma association embarked on the adventure.
This is a real human adventure that mixes sport and music. All in an atmosphere worthy of a holiday camp.

The opportunity to discover Franco-Argentinian music
Between the end of July and the beginning of August, the group will chain the kilometers and the concerts. “In fourteen days, we have 11 concerts”, specifies Sébastian Missaglia. But this fortnight is anything but a vacation for the group of friends. After a day of pedaling on the roads of Brittany, the group must find the energy necessary to go on stage.
Every evening when concerts are planned, Carla Saxer, Pablo Murgier, Marco Carolo and Sébastian Missaglia introduce Franco-Argentine music. And, this year, the group has decided to develop its repertoire. “We offer more festive music”, announces Sébastian.
Like a theater troupe that moves from town to town, the Osvaldo Carné group will perform in several towns in the coming days.
