According to a recent study by the group Sunergia, the most popular television brands for Moroccans are Samsung, LG and Sony. The study reveals that these three companies occupy the first positions in terms of notoriety on the Moroccan television market.

Samsung, the undisputed leader in the global television market, enjoys great popularity among Moroccans. This preference is partly explained by its extensive distribution across the country, with a network of points of sale, the Samsung Experience Store, distributed in the main cities, in particular on the Casablanca-Rabat axis. Additionally, the brand actively uses social media to promote its products and events, such as Samsung Week, which offers deep discounts to loyal customers.

In second position, we find LG, present on the Moroccan market since 2000. The brand is also considered a major player in the field of household appliances in Morocco, particularly for televisions. Although it does not have dedicated points of sale, LG markets its products in supermarkets, specialized stores and on online platforms such as Jumia.

The Japanese manufacturer Sony occupies third place in the ranking. Renowned for its Bravia televisions offering optimal image quality and crisp colors, Sony has been present in the Moroccan market for a long time. The brand has diversified its offer to target both individuals and professionals, with televisions equipped with advanced features. Sony has a physical presence in Casablanca and markets its products through various channels, such as specialized stores, supermarkets and e-commerce.

However, it is interesting to note that Sony might be penalized by its diversification into other products, in particular its video game console, the PlayStation, which represents an important source of income for the company. Nevertheless, the Japanese brand continues to gain notoriety thanks to its involvement in high-profile events, such as sponsorship of the UEFA Champions League football and the BAFTA Awards.

In sum, Samsung, LG and Sony stand out as the favorite television brands of Moroccan consumers, each benefiting from a solid reputation and a well-established presence in the market.
