The Osong Underpass begins to fill with water in an instant.
Within seconds of entering the underpass, water rises up to the front cover of the car.
Vehicles are gradually pushed into the underpass by the terrifyingly fast current of water.
In no time, the water rises to the height of an adult’s waist and the vehicle begins to submerge.
Sensing that their lives are in danger, people get out of their cars and start moving toward the exit at the end of the underpass.
However, due to the strong current, they cannot go far and are pushed back into the underground car once more.
Now, more than half of the underground cars are submerged in water, so even your feet can’t touch the floor.
Panicked, people start to struggle in the water.

moment of despair.
A man swims up to the floating vehicle, then pulls the remaining people onto the vehicle.
Stranded in the middle of an underpass, people hold onto their phones and start desperately calling for help.
However, the remaining time is not enough.
Underpasses are already flooded with water up to the ceiling, leaving only regarding 30 cm of breathing space.
The last remaining hope is the steel ceiling structure that leads to the entrance of the underpass, and throws itself back into the yellow muddy water to hold on to the string of life.

After only 10 seconds, the video ends with the vehicle that contained the images of them completely submerged in water.
One of the four people in the video, who had to make a desperate escape without receiving help from any disaster response agency until the end, was unable to get out of the underpass.
