A fatal accident occurred in the night from Monday to Tuesday, on the R3, near Fontaine-L’Evèque. Two people, a man and a woman, lost their lives, reported Sudinfo.
“The two victims were born in 1979 and were moving on foot on the R3, before being hit by a car,” said Michel Méan, spokesman for the Hainaut-Est rescue zone to our colleagues from Sudinfo. “The firefighters were called around 11:10 p.m. for marking and remained on site for nearly four hours.
