Middleton tends to eat the same breakfast every day, and relies mainly on oatmeal, which promotes weight loss by increasing the feeling of satiety, according to the “Mirror” website.

Oats help boost body energy and a sense of fullness, and are rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber, and important nutrients that help lower blood glucose and cholesterol levels.

Oats contain a high percentage of antioxidants, such as avenanthramides, which are not found in other grains, and work to reduce inflammation and relax joints.

Oatmeal is a rich source of fiber, which contributes to controlling the feeling of hunger. Some other healthy products, such as nuts and seeds, can also be added.
