A Cuban mother, identified as Ayamey CN, 27, was attacked with a hammer to the head, by her ex-partner, in an assassination attempt in Bolivia, which left the young woman, mother of two children, hospitalized for several days and with severe sequelae to the skull, confirmed local media, such as the diary of Santa Cruz.
The events occurred two weeks ago on a Sunday night in the town of San José in the Bolivian municipality of La Guardia. The attacker was identified as Juan Carlos Maldonado Cortés, a 26-year-old bricklayer by profession, who had been in a loving relationship with her for more than two years.
