Candice’s recipe: Crispy full chocolate long-life cookies
For 15 large cookies – Preparation: 10 min – Cooking: 15 min.
140 g flour T110
1/2 sachet of baking powder
85g coconut sugar
2 tbsp. tablespoons pure unsweetened cocoa
115g oat bran
125g coarsely chopped hazelnuts
100g sunflower oil
100g dark chocolate
75 g vegetable milk (soya, almonds, chestnuts of your choice)
1 C. vanilla extract
1 pinch of fleur de sel
. Preheat the oven to 180°. In a mixing bowl, mix the dry: flour, baking powder, sugar, cocoa and salt. Add all the other ingredients and mix until you obtain a homogeneous, soft and slightly sticky dough (this is normal).
. Using an ice cream scoop with a diameter of 5 cm, take spoonfuls of dough and place them on a large baking sheet (or two small ones) covered with parchment paper. Space the cookies so that you can lightly crush each ball with your wet hands into a disk regarding 8.5 cm in diameter.
. Bake for 15 mins. As soon as they come out of the oven, take off the cookies with a spatula and place them on a wire rack so that they become crispy as they cool.
