Bayer Leverkusen reacts to Patrik Schick’s long-term absence and makes use of the transfer market. Leverkusen sign Victor Boniface from Royale Union Saint-Gilloise. The center forward has signed a five-year contract with the Bundesliga club.

Managing Director Sport Simon Rolfes is looking forward to the new addition: “We’ve had Victor Boniface on our radar for a long time. Boniface is obviously not cheap.
