It is possible that the attendant requests some tests that are still online to confirm the need for a visit and, if so, the appointment will be made. After the visit, the technician explains the entire repair procedure, as well as tips for using and maintaining the product.

As for support for tablets and smartphones, the consumer can go to the nearest store to request specialized assistance – in the case of smartwatches and headphones, the store specialist assists in sending the product to a Service Center for repair.
