Mazda is a small manufacturer but with good cars, and one that does not have major recalls due to any difficulties. But this time he got one.

This time, Mazda is recalling more than 200,000 vehicles for rearview camera issues.

The recall was announced by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, noting that 227,335 vehicles are potentially affected.

Affected vehicles include the 2014 through 2018 Mazda3 and 2016 through 2021 CX-3,

The recall is due to an issue with the rear view camera image showing a flickering or distorted image.

For owners of recalled Mazdas, dealers will inspect and replace the backup camera if necessary, free of charge.

Owners can contact Mazda Customer Service at 1-800-222-5500, option 6. Mazda’s number for this recall is 6023G.

The notification letters are scheduled to be mailed to vehicle owners on September 12, NHTSA said.

The recall is only for the United States, and does not affect neighboring countries, which despite the fact that the problems are the same, the manufacturer turns a blind eye.
