If Geneva suffers from a shortage of housing, in the Pâquis there is a lack of housing which, theoretically, should exist. In an open letter addressed in June to the Council of State, the association of inhabitants Survap denounces situations at work in two buildings of the district. “Abuse”, according to her, which results in the subtraction of a certain number of apartments from the housing stock.
