Former Hong Kong anchor Lin Zibo and his wife Dong Yanjun married in 2003. However, his beloved wife suffered from a rare cancer “leiomyosarcoma”. Unfortunately, he passed away in October 2020. Afterwards, Lin Zibo admitted that the first thing he did when he returned to Hong Kong was to plead guilty to his wife and ask for forgiveness, because he did not wait for his wife to be buried, so he took the plane and left for the UK. His wife’s funeral was handled by his uncle. It became a knot in his heart that he mightn’t untie. He admitted that he had been uncomfortable for the past two years. This time he returned to Hong Kong, and it was the first time to worship his dead wife. He felt guilty and ashamed.
As for living expenses, Lin Zibo revealed that the income from running a YouTube channel is only enough to pay for water and electricity bills, but fortunately, the cost in the UK is lower than that in Hong Kong, and he hopes to make YouTuber his full-time job in the future.
