« Birame Souleye Diop and El Malick Ndiaye are free. It is very good. Alhamdulillah.
But go further and release others, all the other political prisoners and democracy fighters arbitrarily kept in prisons: Bassirou Diomaye, Fadilou Keita; Mor Talla Gueye, Abdou Karim Gueye, Cheikh Oumar Diagne, etc. to name just a few of the hundreds of men and women detained.
Not being a candidate for his own succession, President Macky Sall must now rise above the fray to organize a transparent, sincere and regular election with the participation of all, including Ousmane Sonko.
