He said that it is “an old case, it already has an investigation.” Sánchez said that Pilquimán was being assisted in that file by the official federal defense attorney. But now Soares and Laura Taffetani, from the Lawyers Guild, have assumed the defense. “It is a cause for damages, for a situation that occurred due to a march when Rafita Nahuel was killed,” Sánchez recalled.

The origin of the arrest warrant for Pilquiman

“What happens is that from the federal court they tried to locate him (Pilquiman) at his home and they might not contact him.is what happens with criminal cases, when you set an address and they do not find you, “he mentioned.

“And if the judge summons you, when you have an open case and they can’t locate you, you don’t show up, they issue the arrest warrant,” he said. “So, he had issued that arrest warrant and When he went to visit Jones Huala in jail, they arrested him,” he revealed.

He commented that arrest warrants are trades that are in all departments, but it was not a new or different cause. He said that following the arrest, Judge Villanueva “ordered the release of Pilquiman, who established an address, put himself in law and contacted the federal court«.
