New information indicates that Samsung is very close to starting the One UI 6.0 beta for the Galaxy S23 line.
A test version of the South Korean interface with Android 14 was identified on its servers, but different from previous builds. By the final character, it appears to be the build that will be made available to the public in the beta program.
Four days ago, a One UI 6.0 test firmware surfaced on Samsung’s internal servers with the ending ZWG6. Now, two more firmware versions were listed by the South Korean a few minutes ago.
One ends in ZWG8 while the other is ZWGA. The information was obtained by Twitter user @ tarunvats33, who has been following Samsung’s work on testing One UI 6.0.

The last character in the firmware identifies which build it is. For example, “1” or “A” goes up a number or letter when there is a new build. It is worth remembering that the character is reset to “1” or “A” when a substantial update is made available.
Previous test builds of One UI 6.0 for the Galaxy S23 line ended in “6” and “8”. As it has now returned to the letter “A”, there are strong indications that the version is at the end of testing. This significant change in the internal firmware also indicates that the beta program for the new version of the interface is very close to being available to the public.
Rumors suggest that Samsung will start the first beta of One UI 6.0 for the Galaxy S23 lineup following the Unpacked event, scheduled for July 26.
