It must be remembered that a few weeks ago Alves changed his initial statement and gave details of what he called a meeting in which both parties agreed. Dani said that he had a meeting with the young woman and that he himself included oral sex and penetration. He recounted that from the beginning there was “sexual tension” with the now victim of the case and that, therefore, he decided to invite her to the bathroom.

Afterwards, he said that she was the one who jumped on top of her while he was doing her needs and performed oral sex on her ”.
On the other hand, it is known regarding the case that the cameras in the place showed that the victim and the player were in the bathroom for 15 minutes.
In addition, the investigation has collected DNA samples that match that of Alves.
