MISSIONS
* E-COMMERCE
– OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT :
Daily management of the e-commerce site. (navigation, product sheets, tree structure etc.)
Contribute to the optimization of user experience (UX) and site performance.
Set up commercial animations and follow up sales.
– TECHNICAL OPTIMIZATION OF SITES:
Identify and develop opportunities for optimization and technical evolution of our e-commerce site in order to improve the user experience.
Track key performance indicators and provide regular quantitative reports.
– SERVICE CLIENT :
Respond in a professional manner to customer questions and requests received on our various channels.
Provide accurate information on products, orders, refunds and technical issues.
Proactively follow up on pending requests to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Analyze customer interactions to identify trends, recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
– STRATEGIC MONITORING AND RECOMMENDATIONS:
Ensure a strategic watch of our market.
Provide consistent recommendations to improve site performance.
* MARKETING DIGITAL
– SEO / BE:
Participate in the implementation of the search engine optimization strategy and identify strategic opportunities.
Implement paid campaigns by creating impactful ads.
– DIGITAL ACQUISITION CAMPAIGNS:
Manage paid campaigns to increase the site’s visibility and qualified traffic.
Ensure the proper functioning of marketing campaigns (e-mailing, affiliation, mobile, social networks, SEO) and assess the impact of partnerships on online sales.
Creation of sales support documents for hospitality sales representatives
PROFILE
– Training bac+4/5 Business School specializing in E-commerce, Marketing, Sports Management or university equivalent.
– First experience in e-commerce in a B2C or B2B environment appreciated (beginner accepted)
– Great capacity for analysis and synthesis – ability to build impactful arguments, understand customer needs.
– Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomous, reactive, creative and innovative.
– Mastery of office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
– English proficiency
– Autonomous/proactive, rigorous and enjoying teamwork.
INTERNSHIP CONDITIONS
– Location: Boulogne Billancourt
– Remuneration: 800€ gross/month
– Restaurant tickets: €10.50 / day worked
– Transport allowance up to 50%
