Sydney: A young woman who jumped into the sea to escape from a pack of wild dogs was rescued by airlift. The incident took place in Kegari, Queensland, Australia. While jogging in the morning, the young woman was attacked by a pack of wild dogs called dingoes. To escape from this, he jumped into the nearby sea. But those who were on the beach immediately informed the rescue service and the woman was airlifted to the hospital by helicopter. A young woman has been admitted to Hervey Bay Hospital following being bitten by a pack of wild dogs.

The Queensland Ambulance Service reported that the woman had been bitten on her legs and thigh. The woman was attacked by four dingoes at the Orchid Beach area in the northeast of the island. The Queensland Department of Environment has also confirmed this.

Meanwhile, due to the presence of dingoes, the authorities have advised residents and visitors to be cautious in the beach area and the island. Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk expressed shock following learning of the dingo attack on the young woman. Palaszczuk acknowledged the presence of dingoes on the island and warned everyone to be aware that they are wild animals.

A popular holiday destination formerly known as nearby Fraser Island has been plagued by dingoes. Earlier this month, an eight-year-old boy was attacked by a dingo on a beach on the island. Following this, the authorities took the decision to euthanize the dingo that attacked a seven-year-old boy and a 42-year-old woman last month.
