Ranking the Most and Least Stressed States in the US: WalletHub Study Reveals Surprising Findings

USA – There are many factors that can cause stress situations in a person, however, according to an article published by WalletHubthe COVID-19 pandemic has been the biggest source of stress within the United States in recent years.

Even with COVID-19 as one of the main stress factors in the country, not all states are affected in the same way.

WalletHub compared all 50 US states on 41 key indicators ranging from hours worked per week, personal bankruptcy rate and proportion of adults getting enough sleep to determine which states are the most stressed.

Colorado ranks as the 23rd most stressed place in the nation, with Louisiana at the top of the list, followed by Nevada and New Mexico.
