London: “Jack the Ripper” was a serial killer who terrorized the entire city of London in the late 1880s. No one knows who the unknown killer Jack the Ripper really was or why he committed the murders. But now a researcher named Sarah Bax Horton has come forward with the claim that he has discovered who Jack the Ripper is.

Sara’s great-grandfather was one of the police officers who investigated the Ripper case. Sarah also wrote a book regarding her research on the Ripper. Sarah’s research revolves around Hyam Hyams, a local cigar maker. Sara says he had the characteristics described by eyewitnesses at the time of the murder.

In 1888, the Ripper killed six women in London’s East End. Ripper’s case is among the top unproven mystery cases in the world. Sarah believes that the Ripper is Hyams, who is an epileptic, an alcoholic and has been in a mental institution.

Some of Anna’s eyewitnesses revealed that the murders were carried out by a man aged between 30 and 40 with crooked legs. Available records indicate that Hyams was 35 years old in 1888. The book regarding the Ripper goes on sale next month. Hyams suffered an injury that left him unable to extend or bend his left arm. Hyams is said to have died in 1913.

The Ripper’s letter

In 1888, the Ripper sent a box to the police while searching for the Ripper in East London. Inside was part of a kidney from a woman killed by the hands of the Ripper. And with it was a letter with the title ‘From Hell’. A photo of the Ripper’s letter was taken that day. However, the original letter and box later disappeared somewhere.
