Two days following Prime energy drink was recalled by Health Canada, influencer Logan Paul has responded to the controversy.

Health Canada’s warning even made headlines in the United States, where several major media carried the news.
Finding himself in the hot seat, one of the two entrepreneurs at the head of “Prime” denounced the “misinformation” circulating on social media regarding one of its high caffeine drinks.
“The level of misinformation currently spreading around Prime is absolutely insane!” Logan Paul wrote in a TikTok post.
Although the Prime moisturizing drink is distributed in Canada, the American influencer assures that this is not the case for its energy drink.
“We do not distribute Prime Energy in Canada!”, He hammered twice.
Prime Énergie does not contain bilingual labeling, but is nevertheless imported into the country by merchants.

In his row of more than 90 seconds, the American attacked the traditional media.
“Traditional media no longer make news, they make stories,” he criticizes.
In its recall, Health Canada informs the public that the “affected products are subject to a recall due to various non-compliances related to caffeine content and labeling requirements”.
In addition to Prime Énergie, the products targeted are as follows:
– 3 D Alphaland «Energy Drink»
– 5 Hour « 5 Hour Energy »
– Celsius « Energy Drink »
– GFuel « GFuel Energy Drink »
– Sting due to Vietnamese characters only
Remember that the 12 oz Prime Energy drink contains 200 mg of caffeine, the equivalent of two Red Bulls.
Several American schools have decided to ban the sale of the drink in their canteens.
Despite the controversy, the entrepreneur with more than 26 million Instagram followers stresses that his energy drink is “good for you.”
“This is the product that’s better for you! Low sugar, low calories and healthier ingredients than most of our competitors,” he says.
“And yes, our energy drink has caffeine [parce que] it’s an energy drink!” he adds, indicating that the drink should not be consumed before the age of 18.
