Ingredients (2 servings)

300 g Vegetables (e.g. carrots, onions, corn, coleslaw…)

30 g oatmeal

100 g cheese, grated

60 g Flour

1 No

2 TL parsley, chopped

Salt

Pfeffer

Paprika powder

oil for frying

preparation

Mix the ingredients together except for the oil. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the vegetable mixture on both sides, tablespoons at a time. Serve hot!
