The application Health (Health), present since iOS 8, allows you to check all the data related to your… health! ????
Not only can they be captured with the Apple Watch and other such accessories, you can also add them manually and even use the motion sensors (like the accelerometer) built into the iPhone.
If the scenario described in the latter case fits your usage and you are experiencing a problem with step/calorie countknow that some tips can help change that.
See what to do!
Make sure “Movement and Fitness” is turned on for the Health app. To see this, open Settings and go to Privacy and Security » Movement and Fitness. You should also check that “Mov./Dist Calibration.” is activated. Still on the “Privacy and Security” screen, go to Location Services » System Services and see if it is turned on. Check, within the Health app, that your medical data is filled in correctly — especially your weight. The calorie count is directly affected by this. Use another app that is intended to count steps or track your movement and see if this error keeps happening. There are some versions of the system, Apple allows you to completely delete the “Health” application. This can be done by pressing and holding your finger on top of it and tapping Remove App » Delete App or going to Settings » General » iPhone Storage. Then obviously reinstall it to see if the error is fixed. Make sure your iPhone is updated to the latest version of iOS. If problems persist, restore iPhone to factory settings.
Did everything work out there? ❤️
