Maria* has just received a letter from PostFinance. His bank asks him for different information, in particular regarding his salary and his work to finalize an “order”. Having made no request recently, she wonders regarding the authenticity of the mail and calls the Contact Center. At the other end of the line, a synthetic voice answers him, informing him in passing that a voice print was going to be created. The objective is to facilitate authentication of the person for subsequent calls, instead of the traditional series of questions.
