As if it were a scene from a horror movie, the authorities found a macabre scene inside a property in Mount Washington, Kentucky, in the United States.

According to the New York Post, an FBI raid led to the capture of a man identified as James William Nott. During the operation, the agents found at least 40 stolen human skulls, among other bones, that this subject used as “decoration.”

According to the information collected by the American media, Nott would have trafficked the bones “in a ring of body parts linked to Harvard Medical School.”

The scene was chilling. In fact, one of the skulls had a scarf wrapped around its neck, along with hip bones, ribcages, and spines. Likewise, Nott kept one of the skulls tied to her bed.

Nott was allegedly using the name ‘William Burke’ to sell the human remains. Federal officials accuse him of attaching the bones to multiple pieces of furniture as “home decor.”

Apparently, Norr was involved with an organization dedicated to buying and selling bones, which was linked to Harvard Medical School. Faced with this hypothesis, the New York Post cited that a manager of the morgue of the aforementioned institution was arrested in June, precisely, for selling parts of corpses.

“How much total for the couple and the last video you sent plus the thorns?” Was the alleged question that a subject identified as Jeremy Pauley, from Pennsylvania, asked Nott.

Through a Facebook profile under the name ‘William Burke’, James William Nott posted photographs of skulls and other human bones to sell. Some of the images show perfectly preserved skulls, even with all the teeth.

The New York Post recapped what happened in June, when federal authorities “alleged that Cedric Lodge, a longtime employee of Harvard Medical School, allowed buyers into a mortuary unit at the Ivy League school to pick out parts.” of corpses to buy”. By that time, seven people were accused of selling human remains.

According to the aforementioned media, Lodge, manager of the Anatomical Donation Program at Harvard Medical School, “is suspected of being part of the same ring,” according to information provided by federal authorities.
